Due to the nature of our fast changing inventory we DO NOT accept returns and will NOT give refunds. Because of this we are very diligent in giving every detail about our products as well as fit. We apologize in advance for an inconvenience this may cost. If a product needs to be exchanged due to being defective or damaged, please see our policy below:
Defective or Damaged Merchandise For Exchange
Please inspect and try on your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. This allows us time to make sure we still have that item in stock. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return period does not apply.
Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org including the tag in the image showing it is still attached. Indicate “Defective” or “Damaged” in the subject line.
Include your first and last name.
Items that show any sign of wear, have a perfume smell, traces of animal hair, or are marked by makeup are not valid for refund, store credit, or exchange to be issued. Swimwear must have the protective liner in place, and not tampered with. Shoes must have the original shoebox intact and unaltered. The shoebox cannot be used for packaging back. Tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued.
Accessories are NOT eligible for exchange.
