This is for 1 piece of toast so times this by however many you are making.
- 1 Slice of Multigrain Sourdough Bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Egg
- Boursin Garlic & Fine Herb Gournay Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Hot Sauce (Optional)
Fill a small pot with water and turn to low-medium heat. Crack the egg into a small dish and slowly put just the egg into the water to poach. Leave the egg cooking for 8 minutes. Then cut you avocado in half and discard the pit. Slice the inside of the avocado into cubes. Using a spoon take the avocado out of the skin and place into bowl. Add in onion powder and mix together, somewhat squishing the avocado. Thinly spread the Boursin Garlic & Fine Herb Gournay Cheese onto one side of the bread. Spread the avocado mix onto the bread and sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over that. Then place the pouched egg in the middle of the slice of bread. Top with your desired amount of hot sauce, eat with a fork and enjoy!
