My Favorite Meatloaf

My Favorite Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Onion Minced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Meatloaf Glaze

  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix all meatloaf ingredients together and pat into the prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.
  • Stir together the glaze ingredients and baste meatloaf the last 15 minutes of baking.
  • Allow meatloaf to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with a side of mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. Oh my!
