- 1 Package Okra
- 2 Pieces of Salmon
- 1 Yellow Pear, cut in half, sliced and de-seeded
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hummus
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
- 3 Gloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Red Curry Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
In pan place the two pieces of salmon. Evenly drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over both piece. Top with pepper, red curry powder and everything bagel seasoning. Place on medium and cover with lid until throughly cooked. Place okra in pan. Evenly drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Top with salt, paprika, onion powder, and minced garlic. Cook until tender with a fork. Mix your mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together.
To plate: As shown above, spread hummus on one side of the plate and top with micro-greens. Place cooked salmon next to that and top with your mayonnaise and Dijon mustard mix (about a tablespoon). Place pear slices on plate along with cooked okra. Enjoy!
