Eggs Benedict

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs

4 Slices of Ham

1 English Muffin

Half a packet of powdered Hollandaise Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill small pot with water and turn to low-medium heat. Crack each egg into a small dish and slowly put into the water to poach. Leave both eggs cooking for 8 minutes. While they are cooking, read the instructions on the sauce packet and make that. Then toast and butter english muffin. Get out a small pan and butter it. Put slices of ham and cook until fully warm. To plate- put english muffin on plate, butter side up, then the ham, then the eggs and cover in sauce. Easy Peasy!
