Teriyaki Chicken and Rice Supper

Teriyaki Chicken and Rice Supper

Ingredients-

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Brown Rice
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • Handful of Broccolini
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Pinch of Sesame Seeds

Instructions-

Cut chicken breast into “stew stripes”. Thoroughly cook the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Start boiling 2 cups water. Once it is boiling, add in brown rice, cover and put to simmer. While that is cooking, mince your garlic and add it to a pan with the broccolini and butter. Once chicken is all the way cooked, add in the Teriyaki sauce, cover and put the heat to simmer. Once the broccolini and rice are cooked all the way, turn off heat on everything.

To dish up: Put rice on plate and spread it to the edges. Place chicken next and top with broccolini. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of that.
