1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Beat butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add flour, ½ cup at a time. Stir in cocoa
- Shape dough into 14-inch log, wrap in plastic; refrigerate 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 300. Cut log into ½ inch slices; place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
